Synopsis
Storyline, Accused of killing 16 women but convicted of two, Goa’s serial killer, Mahanand Naik, nicknamed the “Dupatta Killer,” lured women with the pretext of marriage and later choked them to death using their own dupattas. After 15 years in prison, he may soon be released for good behavior, raising the chilling question: Can a serial killer truly be reformed? Does he deserve freedom?
